Golfing OK. I didn't consider this much of a sport either until I started playing in 1996. If you walk and carry your bag, you can get a great workout and have fun besides trying to get the little white ball into the little hole. | ||||

Skydiving There isn't much more exciting thing for a person to do than jump out of a "perfectly good airplane" about two miles up and fall to earth at 120+ mph. For starters, the scenery is spectacular, and it offers a different view every time you go up. If you want to experience the excitement and exhilaration of freefall, make a tandem skydive. Then if you're still interested, take a "First Jump Course" and make a skydive on your own. | ||||

Keeping Fit/Working Out None of us can get enough exercise...it's one of the secrets of maintaining good health and longevity. "If you don't use it, you lose it." Even a little exercise every day is far better than nothing. | ||||
